An L-shaped building was created in order to maximize the free space around the residence. This arrangement allowed for the development of the swimming pool and the surrounding garden.

Building program
The building consists of four levels At a raised platform over the road the living – dining areas and kitchen are located. All spaces open out to the garden and swimming pool through extensive glazed surfaces. The floor above cantilevers over the kitchen creating a protected and shaded outdoor sitting area. three bedrooms and a master bedroom are located on the first floor the first basement is occupied by the office space, a small gym and the service quarters. the parking area is located on the second basement.

Technical features
The residence is made out of a steel frame structure revealed in many parts of the building. It consists of a juxtaposition of volumes covered up in different materials and textures, such as exposed concrete surfaces, perforated steel, extensive glazing and aluminum detailing ie. in the shading system.
